"Rollins felt the cold steel of the knife against his throat. He knew that if he moved, the blade would cut his skin. He held his breath and waited, listening for any sound that would give away his attacker's position.

Suddenly, he heard a noise behind him. He turned his head slightly and saw a figure standing in the shadows. The figure was holding a gun. Rollins knew that he had to act quickly.

He lunged forward and grabbed the figure's arm. He twisted the arm and forced the gun away. The figure dropped the gun and stumbled backward. Rollins took advantage of the opportunity and kicked the figure in the stomach.

The figure fell to the ground, gasping for breath. Rollins stood over the figure and looked down. He saw that it was a man. The man was wearing a black ski mask, but Rollins could see his eyes. They were full of fear.

"Who are you?" Rollins demanded. "What do you want?"

The man did not answer. He just stared at Rollins with hatred in his eyes.

"I'm going to ask you one more time," Rollins said. "Who are you? What do you want?"

The man still did not answer. Rollins sighed and shook his head.

"I guess you're not going to talk," he said. "That's fine. I can make you talk."

Rollins reached down and grabbed the man's throat. He squeezed hard, cutting off the man's air supply.

The man's eyes widened in terror. He tried to speak, but he could not get any words out.

Rollins continued to squeeze. He watched as the man's face turned blue. He knew that he was close to killing the man.

But then, something happened. The man's eyes suddenly changed. They became clear and focused. He looked at Rollins and said, "Stop."

Rollins was surprised. He loosened his grip on the man's throat.

"What?" Rollins said. "What did you say?"

"Stop," the man said again. "I'll talk."

Rollins let go of the man's throat. The man took a deep breath and said, "My name is Viktor. I'm a hitman. I was hired to kill you."

"Who hired you?" Rollins demanded.

Viktor hesitated. He looked around nervously. Then, he said, "I can't tell you that. It's against the rules."

"The rules?" Rollins said. "What rules?"

"The rules of the game," Viktor said. "The rules of the underworld. You don't break the rules."

"I'm not afraid of your rules," Rollins said. "Tell me who hired you."

Viktor shook his head. "I can't," he said. "I'm sorry."

Rollins sighed. He knew that he was not going to get any more information out of Viktor. He turned and walked away.

As he walked away, he could hear Viktor coughing behind him. He knew that Viktor was dying. He had squeezed his throat too hard.

Rollins did not feel sorry for Viktor. He was a hitman. He had killed many people. But Rollins also knew that Viktor was just a small part of a much larger game. He was determined to find out who had hired Viktor to kill him. And he was going to make them pay.
